Job Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Data Visualization Specialist who can elevate our Power BI dashboards and reports. This role focuses on crafting visually stunning, user-friendly, and intuitive BI experiences that convey insights and engage users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest visualization trends and Power BI features to continuously improve design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience designing data visualizations for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
