We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). You will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end analytics solutions using these technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver analytics solutions using OAC and ADW.
  • Develop custom calculations, time series functions, and metrics tailored to business KPIs.
  • Extend and maintain the semantic model to support complex reporting needs.
  • Design and implement data pipelines between systems.
  • Build data models, transformation logic, KPIs, and dashboards for finance and operational reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks across data layers.
  • Define best practices for solution design, governance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics / business intelligence.
  • Strong implementation experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Solid understanding of data structures and reporting needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
