Job Opportunity:

A seasoned IT Governance professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for a Finance organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise data centers ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies to drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance regulations.
  • Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of finance sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
