About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Ariba implementation activities, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, customization, cutover, and go-live. They should have experience with integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and be proficient in SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities. Additionally, they should be able to identify and resolve interface issues and work independently as well as lead others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
  • Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and build POCs.
  • Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Support configuring solution requirements on products, understand if any issues, diagnose root-causes, seek clarifications, and identify shortlisted solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Requirements
  • Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation activities.
  • Experience with integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Proficient in SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities.
  • Ability to identify and resolve interface issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
  • SAP Ariba Functional SME Skills: SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying, Invoicing, PTP, Ariba Commerce automation, Ariba Supply chain Collaboration.
  • Technology: SAP Functional, SAP Technical, SAP Ariba on Cloud.
