Our ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.


This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive results through effective planning and coordination.


A key focus area for this position will be to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and implement best practices in shop floor management.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving metrics in their respective functions, including inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.


Females are preferred for this role.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is required.

Minimum 1-3 years of post-graduation experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their capabilities.
