**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for inside sales representatives, focusing on sales strategies, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct training sessions on CRM tools, product/service knowledge, and customer engagement best practices.

**Performance Monitoring:**

  • Analyze the performance of the sales team pre- and post-training to measure the impact and effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.

**Content Development:**

  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-play scenarios.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs of the team, considering market trends and industry best practices.

**Sales Process Optimization:**

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement within the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall sales process and productivity.

**Knowledge Sharing:**

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new sales methodologies.
  • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team informed and competitive.

**Reporting:**

  • Prepare and present training effectiveness reports to senior management.
  • Maintain a repository of training records, materials, and feedback.

**Salary:** ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (depending on experience).

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a training or coaching role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Certification in training or coaching is preferred.

This position requires occasional travel to other company locations for training sessions. Flexibility to conduct training sessions during evenings or weekends, if needed. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and location considerations.
