In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting Stewards in making clean up more efficient, ensuring water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate, and assisting with Banquet plate-ups. You will also be expected to assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, provide cooks with necessary items, support banquet and buffet operations, and operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of related work experience, with a strong background in food service management. Supervisory experience is also preferred. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
