About the Job
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Lead or participate in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations focusing on finance and trade capabilities.
  • Develop solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations to support client engagement.
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients and effectively manage engagements from start to finish.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and contribute to the development of industry offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3–8 years experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, budgeting, fixed assets, and treasury & logistics (T&L is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of ERP implementation/project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel for work purposes.
