Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our medical coding operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient DRG coding, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for automating repetitive coding tasks, bringing AI-based solutions for DRG claims validations, and improving compliance through predictive analytics.

The role requires the ability to work effectively with physicians, IT professionals, SMEs, and medical coders to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, the candidate must have expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate DRG coding to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Develop AI-based solutions for DRG claims validation
  • Improve compliance through predictive analytics
  • Implement AI-assisted decision-making automations for diagnosis and procedure codes
  • Conduct UAT and provide feedback to respective teams
  • Retrain and evaluate automated model performance
