About The Role

As a skilled Backend/Full-stack developer, you will be working on developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and JavaScript. You will integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.

  • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for high-performance systems.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
