Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to deliver timely insights from large-scale data, and collaborate with product teams and DevOps to design a robust cloud infrastructure, efficient monitoring, and high availability-focused mitigations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and build software systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Manage the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance, focusing on innovation and customer needs, to drive continual improvement.
  • Enhance reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions, driving business growth and success.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of software industry experience, with at least 4 years in an SRE role, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Ability to design cloud infrastructure on AWS for high availability, scalability, resilience, reliability, and performance, meeting business objectives.
  • Proficiency in automating infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Programming skills in structured and object-oriented languages like Python, Java, Ruby, and JavaScript, with experience in container management technology.
  • Experience in monitoring infrastructure and visualization software like Prometheus and Grafana, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Participation in shared on-call rotations to respond to production incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
