Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Overview

This role requires a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead the development of strategic financial plans, drive business growth, and improve financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the coordination of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Provide thought leadership on financial planning and analysis best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 10 years in FP&A and business partnership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
