You will be responsible for originating and acquiring new client relationships to drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to work closely with promoters in the sector to identify opportunities and craft solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end deal execution including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in structured finance, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of corporate banking and credit appraisal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's growth.
