Model N Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience across Model N Modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX programming languages.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Cognos and BI Objects – added advantage.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.

As a Model N Specialist, you will work on delivering excellence and supporting global delivery teams and product vendors.
