">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Completion of a medical laboratory technician training program approved by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized certifying organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
