**NC Programmer Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled NC programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining NC programs for various machining operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain NC programs for milling, turning, and grinding operations
  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize tool paths and machining processes
  • Create and implement tooling and fixturing strategies to improve machining efficiency and quality
  • Conduct tooling and fixture trials to ensure optimal performance and operation
  • Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot programming-related issues

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficient in NC programming software such as Mastercam, CATIA, or Siemens NX
  • Expertise in machining processes and capabilities
  • Strong understanding of tooling and fixture design and application
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
