About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world's leading financial institutions.

As a Senior Financial Services Analyst, the successful candidate will work directly with our clients to ensure they receive high-quality consulting services that Delta Capita offers.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management, and/or business analysis experience, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building client relationships by supporting key client stakeholders and contributing to understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Business analysis, requirement gathering, working with technology teams to understand requirements.
  • Exposure to creation of BRDs/FRDs.
  • Propose ideas and suggestions for improving methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Act as a strong and collaborative team player who brings a sense of innovation and problem-solving to the group and contributes to a culture where challenges are welcomed as opportunities for growth and help foster collective success and professional development.

Requirements

As a Senior Financial Services Analyst, you will ideally have:

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience of having worked within an Agile environment.
  • Solid understanding of Financial Services products.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, illicit requirements, communicate across various levels of seniority cross-functionally, and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to develop clear and compelling written documentation.
  • As an experienced Senior Financial Services Analyst, you will be expected to be comfortable working on an independent basis and managing your own workload with minimal supervision.

It would be great if you had knowledge of any of the following:

  • Experience in asset management domain, detailed training will be provided.
  • Exposure to ops risk management or having a 'risk mindset'.
