As a Verification Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in verifying IPs and SoCs to ensure first silicon success.

Job Requirements
  • You will be part of a team responsible for defining verification strategies, writing test plans, and developing efficient test benches and test cases.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Verification engineers in code coverage, functional coverage, and assertions to achieve high-quality verification.
  • ARM based SoC verification experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in one scripting language like Perl, C++, Python, Unix Make, or Unix Shell Scripts is essential.
  • Multiple positions with emphasis on AMS and Power aware verification are available.
  • Experience with Gate-Level Simulations (GLS) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verification Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and maintain reusable testbenches and test cases using UVM/OVM methodologies.
  • Perform Gate-Level Simulations (GLS) and Low Power Verification to ensure comprehensive testing.
  1. Coverage & Quality Assurance:
  • Implement code coverage, functional coverage, and assertions to guarantee high-quality verification.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with design, architecture, and validation teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and technical guidance to stakeholders.
  1. Tool & Script Development:
  • Automate verification tasks using scripting languages like Python, Perl, Shell, and Tcl.

Primary Skills:

  • Verilog, SV, UVM/OVM, IP Verification, SoC Verification, scripting – Perl, Python, Shell, and Tcl.

Secondary Skills:

  • Test bench / model / VIP development, Functional coverage, GLS, LEC, Emulation, AMS, ARM, Protocols AHB/AXI/APB, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, I2C, SPI, CAN, Mipi CSI/DSI, LPDDR.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
