Healthcare Process Team Leader Role

As a seasoned Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of professionals, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a group of team members, monitoring their work and attendance in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members to enable consistent high-performance delivery.
- Identifying performance-related issues and developing action plans for improvement.
- Ensuring that service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations and financial goals.
- Communicating expectations to employees and providing timely updates.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in international healthcare or insurance process management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
