
Entrepreneurial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to drive strategic initiatives across multiple companies. This role is designed for individuals with extensive experience in early-stage ventures, looking to work closely with founders and contribute to their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through new experiments, product launches, and market entry projects.
- Own critical business levers, including affiliate partnerships, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS expansion.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founder, providing financial modeling, M&A assessments, and decision support.
- Ensure operational excellence by tracking OKRs, aligning cross-functional teams, and auditing processes.
- Represent the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
Requirements:
- Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
- Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills in finance, operations metrics, and growth funnels.
- Crisp communication skills, including writing investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks.
- Ambitious, long-term thinker, seeing this role as a launchpad into leadership.
