IT Security Control Specialist

Key Role Summary
This is a highly skilled position within our organization, focusing on the comprehensive evaluation of IT controls to ensure their effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audit and security, with expertise in designing, executing, and documenting test plans for ITGCs and ITACs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate IT controls.
- Analyze security events from OT environments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Perform real-time security monitoring and incident response for OT systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and threats in OT security.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of IT controls frameworks and IT control testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other GRC platforms.
- Experience with IT control testing tools is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
