Job Title: Project Manager - Scrum Master Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to lead and oversee our BFSI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in BFSI with exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure optimal resource utilization and project success.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and optimizing development workflows.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment of goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different project components, including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to prevent delays or quality compromises.

• Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the development teams.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience of 5+ years in Project management roles, preferably within software development projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams towards project success.

• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools.

• Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus.
