Shooting Coach

The ideal candidate will design and deliver structured shooting programs that promote skill, discipline, and excellence in the sport. Coaching will include age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical, tactical, and mental skills required in shooting sports through coaching & training sessions.
• Establish a structured shooting curriculum integrated with school vision.
• Promote shooting as a focus, discipline, and concentration-based sport through program development & leadership.
• Ensure safety protocols are always followed.

Program Development & Leadership:

• Coordinate event participation and talent promotion with Head of Sports and management.
• Encourage recreational and competitive participation by maintaining inclusivity.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Monitor student performance and progress to maintain accurate records.
• Share feedback and progress reports with students, parents, and school leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Shooting Coach (National Rifle Association of India or equivalent certification mandatory).
