Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide assistance to users experiencing abuse, mental health and trauma through voice and non-voice interactions on our platforms.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors and formulating customized plans.
  3. Offer immediate crisis intervention for individuals experiencing distress, assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation and coordinating referrals as necessary.
  4. Educate clients and their families about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies and community resources available to support their well-being.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  7. Pursue ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Raise awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health to reduce stigma and promote holistic wellness.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling.
  2. Specialized candidates in counselling psychology preferred.
  3. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  4. Typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  5. Demonstrated ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice.
  6. Deep understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being.
  7. Collaborative team player with a structured approach to work.
  8. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
