Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving transformation, enabling people, and building change-ready cultures.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing change strategies that meet the needs of our clients
  • Stakeholder management, including assessment plans and engagement plans
  • Ensuring exposure to industry best practices on organizational change management and change toolkits
  • Executing projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate

The successful candidate will have experience with large-scale transformations, including digital, process, or cultural changes. Certifications such as PROSCI or equivalent are a plus. Additionally, the candidate should be ready to travel onsite for short durations and have relevant experience of 3 to 6 years.
