The Opportunity:

Ensure best-in-class accounting support is delivered consistently in the Record to Report area, involving processing, reporting, and presentation of accurate financial data in a timely manner to management and stakeholders. Drive and coordinate audit processes with various stakeholders and teams for effective and smooth audit processes. Focus on innovations to gain efficiency in the accounting area.

You are great at:

  • Processing and reviewing journals and reconciliations
  • Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality of work performed regularly
  • Handling small and medium-scale production
  • Preparing and following processes as per SOP
  • Supporting audits
  • Analyzing accounting entries, identifying, and resolving issues with supervision
  • owns and executes accounting processes within the area of expertise
  • Provides significant support on assignments
  • Following steps as per identified business controls

What it takes:

  • Associate degree strongly preferred with typically 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in an accounting environment
  • Intermediate-level knowledge on Excel and basic PowerPoint skills
  • Flexibility to support in different time zones
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and do effective time management
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite preferred)
  • Fluency in English and good communication skills
  • Good understanding of accounting processes
