Global Benefits Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Benefits Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for global organizations.

Your passion for designing impactful solutions will drive business results in this role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations
  • Collaborating with clients to understand global benefits needs and design tailored solutions
  • Configuring benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations
  • Developing and executing detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits
  • Conducting training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency
  • Working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live

In this key position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering business-driven solutions. To succeed, you will require:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Prior work experience in software engineering or computer science is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications like SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central) can be beneficial for your career growth.
