We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Manager to join our team, specializing in residential luxury villa projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have extensive expertise in estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract management.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Management of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, invoice preparation, and administration of variations and change orders.
  • Review and management of real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while potentially engaging in contract negotiations.
  • Involvement in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.
