As a seasoned Procurement Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity.

You will work collaboratively with a team of procurement professionals, cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.

Reporting directly to our Sourcing Manager, you will work out of our location and have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality.

Responsibilities include developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving annual saving/cost avoidance, leading sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk, participating in new supplier search and development, driving supplier negotiation and contract management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies, improving sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems, and participating in Internal Audits.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive annual saving/cost avoidance.
  • Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk.
  • Participate in new supplier search and development.
  • Drive supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies.
  • Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems.
  • Participate in Internal Audits.
">You Must Have:
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in IFM/Operation related Projects with Capex/Energy Projects and knowledge of HSE.
  • Good supplier knowledge for Training/Hoteling/Transportation in market. Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
  • Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing.
