Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee entity management and data integrity for alternative investments. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing entities in the Diligent platform, including setup and maintenance.
  • Capturing comprehensive reference data across multiple platforms, such as Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal.
  • Performing ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in the Diligent platform.

To ensure your success, we require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures.

You should possess strong technical skills, including:

  • Proficiency in the Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management expertise.

We also value knowledge and competencies in:

  • Understanding of legal entity structures and corporate governance.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment fund structures and operations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for investment funds.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Knowledge of data reconciliation best practices.
  • Previous experience in fund accounting or administration.
