  • Deliver meticulous administrative services ensuring streamlined operations.
  • Maintain precise data management, thorough data cleansing, and rigorous quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Execute submission logging duties with precision, contributing to a seamless month-end close process.
  • Proactively manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions within targets set by the process.
  • Effectively manage change and accommodate it within the team proactively.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies outlined.
  • Organize/participate in various divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely Weekly/Monthly reporting as required.
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Engage in both process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, while staying informed about industry updates.

Accurate Data Entry:

  • Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
  • Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Consider the broader picture and recognize the importance of each process within the operational framework.

Effective Communication:

  • Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.

Proactive Workflow Management:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within designated timelines to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in relevant industry (not mandatory).
  • Adequate computer skills; proficiency in MS Office systems is advantageous.
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts.
