We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of a portfolio of hedge fund clients, ensuring accurate financial calculations and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Administration: Perform comprehensive administration services for a portfolio of hedge fund clients, ensuring all aspects align with client agreements.
  • Review & Validation: Conduct consolidation and validation reviews of functional handovers across various teams and locations.
  • NAV & Reporting: Prepare and/or perform initial review of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, financial statements, and associated reports.
  • Portfolio Valuation: Accurately value hedge fund portfolio holdings.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze fund performance and prepare detailed performance and Profit & Loss (P&L) related reports.
  • Timely Execution: Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion in line with demanding client service agreements.
  • Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate priority issues to your supervisor with detailed information.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain day-to-day relationships with internal teams, including Operational Support, Middle Office, Pricing, Investor Relations, and Relationship Management Fund Accounting teams.
  • External Support: Address queries from external parties, such as clients, auditors, and advisors.
  • Compliance: Maintain a current understanding of applicable best practice policies and client-specific agreements.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to team and/or departmental initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance-related area, currently studying for professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly within high-volume operational environment and/or hedge fund industry.
  • Industry Interest: Demonstrate active interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
