Key Responsibilities
  • Implement accounting controls to ensure governance.
  • Analyze financial information for reporting purposes.
  • Reconcile trade capture system feeds with the general ledger.
  • Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives.

Balancing Ledger Balances: Reconciliation of ledger balances per Group IFRS, US GAAP, CH GAAP, and Local GAAP.

Investigate variances between ledger balances and trade repository. Maintain a high-quality standard within the team.

Collaborate closely with Finance teams during critical periods.

Requirements
  • Accountancy qualification or degree in accounting or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of reconciliation and financial reporting concepts.

UBS operates through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
