Job Overview: As a Trade and Fx Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive trade and forex business growth. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for trade and forex products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills in trade and forex products.


Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trade and forex industry, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of trade and forex markets and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
