Financial Close and Consolidation Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS) specialist to lead our implementation projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing FCCS, with a strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
  • They should have excellent functional knowledge of FCCS, as well as leadership skills to guide project teams.
  • A successful candidate will be able to create project documents, such as BRD, SDD, Test Scripts, and Manuals.
  • Strong technical capabilities in FCCS, including integration with HFM and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management, are required.
  • A CA or MBA Finance qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate business and technologies to internal/external stakeholders.
  • The role requires confidence, assertiveness, and adaptability for long/short term travel based on project needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing FCCS
  • 8+ successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS
  • Excellent functional knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes
  • Leadership skills to guide project teams
  • Strong technical capabilities in FCCS and integration with HFM and other source/target systems
  • CA or MBA Finance qualification (preferred)
