Design Engineer Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or CATIA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, GD&T, and manufacturing processes. They will also be proficient in creating detailed technical drawings and specifications.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. You will also support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in mechanical design or product development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, etc.).
  • Good understanding of engineering fundamentals, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and mechanical components.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
