We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead our Oracle SCM implementation projects. As a project lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and providing expert guidance on the configuration and customization of Oracle's Supply Chain Management applications.

About the Role

  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects, leveraging your expertise in Oracle's SCM products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions using Oracle's SCM tools.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use and administration of Oracle's SCM applications.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SCM functional areas, including Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
