**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Trade Lifecycle Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling various stages of the client/product lifecycle across KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, tax operations, and more.
You will work on back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions, handling various stages of the client/product lifecycle. Responsibilities include data capture, cataloging, data processing, system inputs and updates, reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers. You will also prepare reports using MS Excel and may require external interaction with agents/counterparties/clients to resolve process-related queries and discrepancies via phone or email.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process Management: Managing various stages of the client/product lifecycle, including KYC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, tax operations, and more.
- Data Analysis: Capturing, cataloging, processing, updating, reconciling, settling, and transferring data to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Communication: Interacting with agents/counterparties/clients via phone or email to resolve process-related queries and discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field, 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, process, and client management. Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data, excellent time management skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
