About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic and mid-sized firm passionate about serving our clients. As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for strategizing tax litigation, representing clients before various forums, and leading in preparation of advance ruling applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize tax litigation and represent clients before various forums
  • Lead in preparation of advance ruling applications and provide support for representation before the Authority for Advance Ruling
  • Draft and present applications to the competent authority for Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) under the tax treaties
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of eight years of post-CA qualification experience in a client-facing service/consulting industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax & DTAA)
  • Ability to independently analyze and interpret provisions under the Income Tax Act and provisions pertaining to International Tax
