Job Title: Design Consultant

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position for a skilled professional responsible for enhancing user experience and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements in detail.
  • Work closely with sales teams to convert potential leads into satisfied customers.
  • Oversee customer projects from inception to completion, including design preparation, presentations, and material selection.
  • Provide expert design consultation, informing customers about processes and terms.
  • Regularly update customers and management on project status and progress.
  • Partner with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Closely engage with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in independently handling interior design projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of factory-made modular furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp) to translate customer requirements into designs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens and wardrobes.
  • Familiarity with costing for modular furniture and ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
