About The Role:

Candidates work in project teams developing political and campaign strategies for clients. They plan and manage campaign execution, coordinate with teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

During campaigns, teams interact closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels. This role requires maintaining confidentiality, displaying exemplary client management skills, and meeting performance expectations.

Teams provide insights to stakeholders through continuous reporting and analysis. Evening and weekend work, as well as extensive travel, are often required.

Position Requirements:

The position involves work in Guwahati, Sikkim, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and selected individuals will work in specific north-eastern states, interacting with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communications skills.

Candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the following skills:

  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards campaign initiatives
  • Project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end
  • Undertake research and present findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives
  • Possess high-quality problem-solving, analytical skills, and propose practical solutions
  • Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

Desired Qualification and Experience:

Candidates require a minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution.

Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage.

Candidates must be willing to work, stay, and travel in specified locations.

Preference is given to candidates with a background from north eastern states.

Context and understanding of the region culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus.
