Sales Performance Coordinator

Nomisma Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Coordinator.
This role involves making high-volume calls to potential customers, introducing our product/service offerings and gauging interest. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume calls to potential customers, introducing our product/service offerings and gauging interest.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport and trust quickly, maintain a positive and professional tone, and address basic queries effectively.
- Data Management: Accurately record interactions, update the CRM with feedback, and follow-up details.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for potential clients.
Requirements:
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to handle objections, stay resilient, and maintain focus on targets.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, BPO sales, or customer service is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
