Indirect Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day procure-to-pay transactions, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure goods and services from reliable sources, ensuring efficient procurement processes and minimizing commercial risks.
  • Negotiate better pricing and terms with suppliers, delivering outstanding cost-saving results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customers to understand their purchasing needs and timelines, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure a flawless supply chain by tracking deliveries, processing returns, and expediting orders as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Experience with SAP, DocuSign, Coupa, or other procurement tools is highly preferred.
