**Job Title:** Technical Compliance Manager
**Job Summary:
Our organization seeks an experienced Technical Compliance Manager to oversee and execute all certification and compliance activities related to unmanned aerial systems (UAS). This individual will be responsible for ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and communicating effectively with external agencies.
**Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand product requirements, generate proposal documents, and develop execution plans.
  • Study and analyze tender documents, scheme documents, and compliance standards to create test requirement proposals and obtain agreements with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate TC documentation, tests executions, TC audits, and cooperation with Certification Bodies for expeditious releases of SoCs.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including CB/A TE, DGCA, and QCI, to ensure they understand the product environment and compliances.
  • Plan and execute periodic internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks in collaboration with respective departments.
  • Manage budgets for departmental activities and maintain a certification roadmap in cooperation with Product Management.
  • Lead team management, KRAs, and appraisals.

**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliances, with at least 5 years in the UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks - National/International.
  • Proven experience in product testing, process analysis, and certification activities.

  • Strong Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Prioritization skills.
  • Strong documentation skills and record keeping. The ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility to travel to and work with External agencies for work activities.
