Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing test plans, scenarios, and data for automation testing
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium Java-based automation framework
  • Executing formal automation test plans and scripts for quality releases
  • Experience in working on DevOps pipeline configuration for automation scripts, setting up parallel execution using Selenium Grid or similar
  • Independent automation tester and QA lead experience
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to execute activities efficiently
  • Effort estimation of automation testing using industry-standard methods
  • Defect life cycle management including logging, replication, triaging, verification, and closing
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Health Care System Experience (especially in Prior Authorization and Claims processing)
    • Experience in HIPAA environments
    • Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented approach
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
    • Must have experience in Selenium/Java
    • Worked on Maven
    • Experience in Cucumber/BDD
    • Knowledge in Git/Jenkins
    • Must have experience in JUnit/TestNG
    • Hands on experience on DB (MySQL)
    • Ability to work independently
