Job Description:

As a Senior Network Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and deploying cutting-edge network architectures for our private cloud platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of software-defined networking innovation and collaborate with a world-class team of cloud, networking, and infrastructure experts.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on network design and troubleshooting, partnering with engineering teams to address complex escalations, and supporting pre-sales engineers in designing network architectures for customer proposals. Your expertise in enterprise networking, routing, switching, VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related protocols will enable you to shape network designs for our Private Cloud Director deployments and ensure successful integrations with customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and advisory services to the Professional Services Systems Integrations team for PCD deployments.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to address network architecture challenges and resolve complex escalations.
  • Support pre-sales engineers in designing network architectures for customer proposals and POCs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS), VPN-as-a-Service (VPNaaS), and Load Balancer-as-a-Service (LBaaS) solutions.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related protocols.
  • Strong background in software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV).
  • Experience with OpenStack Neutron networking services and plugins, as well as integrations with major SDN controllers.

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive-level discussions.
  • Ability to translate complex networking concepts into clear guidance for customers and teammates.
