Job Title: Senior 3D Look Dev Artist

This role involves developing and refining materials, shaders, textures, and large-scale environments to achieve photorealistic results.

  • Develop and refine complex materials, shaders, and textures to meet the highest standards of visual fidelity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance lookdev pipelines.
Requirements:
  • 6-7 years of experience in look development, shading, set building, and rendering.
  • Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4d, and Unreal Engine 5+.
  • Strong eye for composition, color theory, and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.
