Junior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing graphics and layouts that meet business goals.

You will work on various projects, including illustrations, property brochures, flyers, catalogues, booklets, banners, posters, and billboards. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop innovative graphic designs using various software programs.

To achieve this goal, you will obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations. You will also prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.

Additionally, you will think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics. You will also work with video editing software to create brand videos and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative graphic designs using various software programs.
  • Work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.
  • Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.

Requirements for Success:

As a successful Junior Graphic Designer, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and creative, and have a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and abilities.
