Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of inventory management and experience in handling cases/reports from stores, customer care centers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing warehouse inventories and returns to stores
  2. Coordinating product flow within all parties involved (transporters, customer service, stores, hubs, and warehouses)
  3. Ensuring requirements from business partners are fulfilled on time and in requested quality
  4. Identifying and resolving exceptions arising from systems

Daily communication via email with all parties involved is also required, as well as a basic understanding of inbound and outbound supply chain activities.

Sales Order fulfillment experience is an added advantage, along with coordination with different departments/units. A basic understanding of Inventory management and SAP knowledge would be preferred.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of claim processing, creating claims/tickets, dealing with suppliers, credit note handling investigation, follow up on credit note, booking credit note creation of manual RFC (request for credit) match RFC to credit, categorize items refund process, idea on debit note, and dealing with damaged products.

  • A fundamental understanding of inventory management
  • Experience in handling cases/reports from stores, customer care centers, and stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Sales Order fulfillment
  • Good understanding of claim processing
  • Knowledge of SAP
