Accounting Operations Specialist

  • Accurately process and verify invoices, supplier bills, and tax-related payments with supporting documentation to ensure correct statutory deductions.
  • Prepare a monthly statement of taxes withheld with reconciliation for the finance team's review and approval.
  • Generate payables and labour liability statements and submit them to the finance team for approval of payment.
  • Compile supplier liability statements within specified deadlines as per guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to guarantee accuracy.
  • Update the fixed assets register with details on a regular basis by the designated date.
  • Be accountable for preparing statements of statutory dues (taxes, provident fund, service tax, employees' state insurance) and remittances to headquarters.
  • Ensure GST compliance by verifying and reconciling GSTR 2B & 3B & GSTR 1.
  • Implement budgets and report variances to management on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare timely monthly profitability statements, cash flow, various reconciliation statements, and other cost control reports.
  • Maintain business guarantees, letters of credit, corporate bonds with clients and banks in a timely manner.
  • Work experience required in SAP environment.
